Zucchini, Feta, and Mint Frittata
A golden oven-baked frittata filled with tender zucchini, crumbled feta, and fresh mint. A quick and light Turkish classic.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 80 g Feta
- 1 piece Red onion
- 10 leaf Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C. Grate the zucchini and finely mince the red onion.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, add the zucchini, onion, and chopped mint. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour into an oiled baking dish and crumble the feta over the top.
Step 4
Bake for 18 minutes until the frittata is golden and set in the center.
