Greek-Style Frittata with Ground Beef, Spinach, and Feta

Ingredients
- 6 pieces eggs
- 200 g ground beef
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 60 g feta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Step 2
Add the spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables. Crumble the feta on top.
Step 4
Cook over low heat with a lid for 8 minutes until the frittata is set and golden.
