Chocolate and Quinoa Molten Cake

- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Cooked quinoa
- 60 g Butter
- 3 units Eggs
- 60 g Sugar
- 30 g Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter 4 ramekins.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.
Step 4
Add the flour, vanilla, and salt to the eggs.
Step 5
Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
Step 6
Divide the quinoa among the ramekins, then pour the batter over it.
Step 7
Bake for 12 minutes. The center should remain soft.
