Chocolate Lentil Fondant

Ingredients
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 150 g Cooked lentils
- 3 piece Eggs
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
Step 3
Blend the cooked lentils with the chocolate-butter mixture until smooth.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with sugar until pale and light.
Step 5
Gently fold the lentil-chocolate mixture into the eggs.
Step 6
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the batter.
Step 7
Pour into a buttered mold and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool slightly and turn out, serving warm.
