Vegetarian Farfalle Pasta with Tomatoes and Comté
A comforting baked pasta dish with a generous tomato sauce and melted Comté cheese.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 500 g Tomato sauce
- 80 g Comté
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the celery and sauté it in a skillet with olive oil.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce to the celery, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Grate the Comté over the pasta and bake at 200°C for 7-8 minutes until golden.
