Baked Farfalles with Tomatoes and Cheese
A simple vegetarian gratin where farfalles mix with tomatoes and grated Gruyère for a hearty and indulgent French-style dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalles
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalles for 10 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. In a bowl, mix the tomato cubes with the tomato sauce.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and spread the cooked farfalles in it.
Step 4
Pour the tomato mixture over the pasta and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover generously with grated Gruyère and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C.
