Baked Farfalle with Meat and Tomato Sauce
A complete casserole in the style of simplified lasagna: farfalle mixed with sautéed ground meat, tomato sauce, and cheese. True comfort food.

Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 250 g Plant-based ground meat
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 120 g Gruyère
- 80 g Comté
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the farfalle for 10 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Brown the ground meat in a pan with the diced onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the farfalle with the sauce, pour into a baking dish, and top with grated cheeses.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes until golden brown.
