Farfalle Bake with Comté and Gruyère
A hearty and indulgent baked pasta dish: farfalle coated in creamy sauce and baked with two delicious cheeses. The perfect family dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 60 g Comté
- 60 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook farfalle until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add flour. Stir well.
Step 3
Gradually pour in 300 ml water while stirring to create a smooth sauce. Let thicken for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in half of the grated Comté and Gruyère. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
Step 6
Transfer mixture to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Step 7
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
