Farfalle Pasta with Tomatoes and Celery
A simple Mediterranean pasta salad with fresh tomatoes and celery. Perfect as a side dish or light meal.

Ingredients
- 350 g Farfalle
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 2 stalks Celery stalks
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and slice the celery into thin pieces.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Toss the pasta with the tomatoes, celery, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
