Simplified Farfalle Bolognese
Farfalle pasta with a simple tomato sauce made from ground beef, onions and Herbes de Provence. A classic weeknight dinner that everyone loves, ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 400 g Ground beef
- 400 g Canned tomato sauce
- 1 piece Onion
- 0.5 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 2 cl Oil
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in the pot.
Step 2
Dice the onion and sauté it in the Dutch oven with oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato sauce, add Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the farfalle in boiling water for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the Dutch oven with the sauce. Toss and serve.
