Farfalle with Fresh Tomato and Strawberry Mozzarella
Farfalle pasta with homemade fresh tomato sauce and strawberry mozzarella. A summer favorite that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 400 g Fresh tomatoes
- 200 g Strawberry mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 5 leaf Fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in the pan and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and let cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste.
Step 5
Drain the farfalle and toss with the tomato sauce.
Step 6
Add the torn strawberry mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. Toss gently.
