Wok-Fried Turkey Fajitas Without Tortillas
All the flavor of Mexican fajitas in a wok: spiced turkey with cumin, tri-color peppers and caramelized onions. No tortillas, no regrets.

Ingredients
- 400 g Turkey cutlets
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey into strips. Thinly slice the peppers and onion into fine strips.
Step 2
Season the turkey with cumin and smoked paprika. Sear in the wok over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the peppers and onion. Stir-fry for 6 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Step 4
Squeeze lime juice over everything, toss and serve piping hot.
