Italian-Style Pan-Seared Squid and Cherry Tomatoes
Tender squid sautéed in olive oil with burst cherry tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. Italian simplicity at its finest.

Ingredients
- 300 g cleaned squid
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece zucchini
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the squid into rings, the zucchini into half-rounds, and mince the garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Sear the squid for 2 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Sauté the zucchini and garlic for 4 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Return the squid, add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper. Toss for 1 minute and serve.
