Chilled Sliced Turkey with Greek Tzatziki
Thinly sliced grilled turkey served cold with creamy homemade tzatziki, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and Kalamata olives. A light, protein-packed summer Greek meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Turkey cutlets
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 40 g Kalamata olives
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Grill the turkey cutlets in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes per side. Let cool completely, then slice thinly.
Step 2
Make the tzatziki: grate half the cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid, then mix with Greek yogurt and crushed garlic. Season with salt.
Step 3
Slice the remaining cucumber into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 4
Arrange the cold turkey slices with the vegetables and olives on a plate. Serve with the tzatziki on the side.
