Mediterranean Egg Wrap with Crab and Tomato
A golden egg crepe wrapped around crab meat, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach. A protein-packed wrap with Mediterranean flavors, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Crab meat
- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Fresh spinach
- 50 g Fresh cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Halve the cherry tomatoes and wash the spinach. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour the beaten eggs in a thin layer and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat until fully set.
Step 3
Spread fresh cheese over the omelet, then fill with crab, tomatoes, and spinach. Roll gently and cut in half.
