Egg Muffins with Chicken, Broccoli and Cheddar
Soft egg muffins filled with sliced chicken, broccoli, and melted cheddar. Perfect for a quick meal on the go, American brunch style.

Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 120 g Cooked chicken breast
- 150 g Broccoli
- 40 g Shredded cheddar
- 2 piece Green onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the broccoli into very small florets, slice the green onions, and dice the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken, broccoli, and green onions.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into a greased muffin tin (6 cups). Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
Step 4
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until the muffins are golden and set in the center. Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from the tin.
