Grilled Sea Bream with Fennel and Olives
Grilled royal sea bream served with caramelized fennel and black olives, featuring the sunny flavors of Greece.

Ingredients
- 2 piece royal sea bream
- 2 bulbs fennel
- 60 g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 piece lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the fennel into 1 cm thick slices.
Step 2
Score the sea bream, rub with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grill the fennel slices 5 minutes per side. Grill the sea bream 6 minutes per side.
Step 4
Plate the sea bream on the grilled fennel, scatter with olives and drizzle with lemon juice.
