Cumin-Roasted Turkey with Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey cutlets
- 2 piece zucchini
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the turkey into strips and the zucchini into thick rounds.
Step 2
Arrange the turkey, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cumin, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the turkey is cooked and the vegetables are lightly caramelized.
