Grilled Turkey with Pesto, Zucchini and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Turkey medallions topped with homemade pesto alongside grilled zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes. Italian flavors on your plate in less than 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 piece zucchini
- 30 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the turkey breast into 2 cm thick medallions and season.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into long slices.
Step 3
Grill the turkey for 5-6 minutes per side. Grill the zucchini for 3 minutes per side.
Step 4
Plate the turkey topped with pesto and sprinkled with sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
