Sri Lankan Deviled Eggs
Hard-boiled eggs with a spicy Sri Lankan twist, featuring a flavorful blend of curry, red onions, and chilies. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 8 piece Free-range eggs
- 2 piece Red onions
- 2 piece Red chilies
- 1.5 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 0.5 piece Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 5 g Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, plunge into cold water, and shell them
Step 2
Cut each egg in half, remove the yolks, and set the whites aside
Step 3
Finely mince the red onions and chilies
Step 4
Mix the yolks with curry powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice
Step 5
Fold in the minced onions and chilies, season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Fill the egg white halves with the mixture and garnish with fresh cilantro
