Vegetarian Curry with Carrots and Celery
A simple and fragrant Indian curry with vegetables simmered in a creamy sauce. Serve with rice for a complete and comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Carrots
- 3 stalk Celery stalks
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 400 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into 1 cm slices and the celery into 2 cm pieces on a cutting board.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot or skillet, add the curry powder and let it brown for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery, mix well to coat with curry. Pour in the water.
Step 4
Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve in shallow bowls.
