Vegetarian Curry with Semolina and Tomatoes
A delicious curry featuring semolina, tomatoes, coconut milk and aromatic spices. A comforting dish inspired by Asian and Indian cuisines.

Ingredients
- 200 g Semolina
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and mix well.
Step 4
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and coconut milk.
Step 5
Simmer for 10 minutes in a pot or pan.
Step 6
In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil and cook the semolina according to package instructions (usually 10 minutes).
Step 7
Serve the semolina in bowls and pour the curry over it.
