Vegetable Curry with Semolina
A simplified Indian curry with semolina as the base, made with everyday ingredients enriched with curry powder and coconut milk for authentic flavor.

Ingredients
- 200 g Semolina
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 100 g Celery
- 200 g Tomato sauce
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pot or wok and toast the curry powder for 1 minute.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and celery into small pieces, add to the curry, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce, coconut milk, and water, and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Pour the semolina in a thin stream while stirring well, cover, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
