Thai Curry with Cauliflower and Broccoli
A fragrant and delicious Asian curry where fresh vegetables meet creamy coconut milk and aromatic spices. Ready in 30 minutes for an exotic evening.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Sauté the curry paste in hot oil in a wok or pot for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the coconut milk and stir well.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Cook for 12-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
