Red Curry with Ham and Coconut Milk
A savory Asian curry with tender ham simmered in a creamy spiced sauce. Served over white rice.

Ingredients
- 200 g Ham
- 100 g White rice
- 500 ml Water
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into 2 cm cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the curry paste for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the ham and coconut milk, simmer gently for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the curry over a bed of hot white rice.
