Chicken Curry with Broccoli and Coconut
A creamy, mild curry featuring chicken, broccoli, and coconut milk. Rich and exotic, perfect served over rice.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 250 g Broccoli
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, finely chop the onion, and thinly slice the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute to release the aromas.
Step 5
Add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Pour in the coconut milk and add the broccoli cut into small florets.
Step 7
Simmer for 12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with white rice.
