Vegetarian Indian Curry with Semolina
A mild and flavorful curry made with semolina for added texture, topped with a gently spiced sauce. Served with buckwheat crepes for scooping.

Ingredients
- 100 g Semolina
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 piece Buckwheat crepes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a Dutch oven and sauté the chopped onion for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute to release the aromas.
Step 3
Pour in the tomato sauce and water, mix well.
Step 4
Add the semolina gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 5
Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
Step 6
Warm the buckwheat crepes in a skillet or microwave.
Step 7
Serve the curry hot with the crepes on the side.
