Simplified Indian Fish Curry
A smooth and creamy curry with fish, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Served over rice, it's true comfort food.

Ingredients
- 350 g Fish
- 1 piece Onion
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 g Rice
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Begin cooking the rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Mince the onion finely.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the canned tomatoes and coconut milk. Mix well.
Step 6
Cut the fish into pieces and add to the sauce. Simmer for 15-18 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
