Indian Curry with Oat Flakes and Vegetables
An original and flavorful curry with oat flakes as a natural thickener, topped with carrots and leeks. A complete and surprising dish.

Ingredients
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Leeks
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks and the leeks into rounds.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot or large pan.
Step 3
Add the carrots and leeks, sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with curry powder and mix well.
Step 5
Add the water and oat flakes, mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add the sour cream, season to taste and mix. Serve hot.
