Ground Meat Curry with Carrots and Potatoes
A simple and flavorful curry with a creamy sauce. Serve with rice or bread for a complete and delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Ground meat
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Broth
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Mince the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes until translucent.
Step 3
Add the ground meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until well browned.
Step 4
Sprinkle with curry powder, stir well and cook for 1 minute to develop the flavors.
Step 5
Add the potatoes, carrots, coconut milk and broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
