Tuna Curry with Carrots and Rice
A savory and comforting curry with tuna, carrots, and basmati rice. Delicious and ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Tuna
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook it with 400ml of water and a pinch of salt according to package instructions (approximately 15 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into small sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot, add the curry powder, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Add the flaked tuna and coconut milk. Simmer for 8 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 6
Serve the curry over the rice.
