Thai Green Curry Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 200 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes and the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Sauté the minced garlic and curry paste in olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and add the broccoli.
Step 5
Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
