Quick Chicken Curry with Shells
A flavorful homemade curry with chicken, carrots, and potatoes, served over shell pasta. Ready in 35 minutes for an exotic touch.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 200 g Shell pasta
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1.5 tbsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the shell pasta.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces, and the carrots and potatoes into cubes.
Step 3
Chop the onion and sauté in oil in a pot, add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the chicken and sauté for 5 minutes, then add the vegetables and coconut milk.
Step 5
Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and serve with the curry.
