Light Chicken Curry with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 250 g Potato
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion

Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, dice the vegetables, and mince the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and chicken in a pan with oil, add the curry powder.
Step 3
Add the carrot, potato, water, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Simmer for 18 minutes until the vegetables are completely tender.
