Delicious Chicken Curry with Vegetables
A flavorful and creamy Asian curry with tender chicken, vegetables and a rich sauce. Serve with rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrots
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, the onion into dice, the carrots into slices and the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the chicken on all sides (5-7 minutes).
Step 3
Add the onion and curry paste, mix well and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and add the vegetables. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
