Quick Coconut Chicken Curry

- 400 g Chicken
- 300 g Potato
- 250 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à goût pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, potatoes into cubes, and broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour in the coconut milk and add the potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
