Express Chicken Curry
A quick and flavorful Asian curry with tender chicken and creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tbsp Red curry paste
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into even cubes and mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes over high heat until golden.
Step 3
Add the minced onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
Step 4
Add the curry paste, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and water, add soy sauce and sugar.
Step 6
Simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until slightly reduced and chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
Step 7
Adjust seasoning if needed.
