Chicken and Rice Curry
A simple and flavorful Indian curry with tender chicken and carrots. Served with white rice, it's a complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farmhouse chicken
- 150 g Carrot
- 150 g White rice
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- une pincée Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to instructions (approximately 15-18 minutes in boiling salted water).
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into small dice.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pot and brown the chicken for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the carrots, coconut milk and water. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and serve the curry over rice.
