Chicken and Potato Curry
A simple and flavorful Indian curry prepared in 30 minutes. Served with plain rice, it's a real treat for the taste buds.

Ingredients
- 700 g chicken
- 500 g potatoes
- 250 g broccoli
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 400 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 250 g white rice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and potatoes into small dice. Cook the rice separately in a saucepan with 500 ml of water.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or large pot, sear the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the curry powder and garlic powder, stir for 1 minute to coat the chicken well.
Step 4
Pour in the water, add the potatoes and broccoli, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Season with salt to taste and serve the curry over the white rice.
