Chicken and Vegetable Curry
A simple and flavorful curry with tender chicken and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrots
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces and the vegetables into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cauliflower, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the curry powder and mix well.
Step 5
Pour in the water and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
