Chicken and Broccoli Curry with Coconut Milk
A flavorful and indulgent Indian curry made with coconut milk, served with rice. A bit more involved but still easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken
- 300 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1.5 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the pot, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the curry powder and stir well.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 8 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
