Creamy Chicken Curry with Vegetables
A flavorful Indian curry featuring tender chicken, carrots, and cauliflower in a creamy sauce. Serve with rice or naan.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 3 piece Carrots
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- 300 g White rice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice separately. Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the vegetables into pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with oil, then add the chicken. Cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle with curry powder and stir. Add carrots, cauliflower, and water. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the sour cream and mix well. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
