Chicken Curry with Apples and Rice
A delicious and slightly sweet Asian curry thanks to the apple, made with coconut milk and served with rice. Exotic yet easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 2 piece Apple
- 150 g Carrot
- 200 g Rice
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 20 ml Oil
- 400 ml Water
- à to taste Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes, and the apples and carrots into pieces.
Step 3
Brown the chicken in oil in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with curry powder, stir for 1 minute, then add the coconut milk and vegetables.
Step 5
Simmer for 8 minutes. Season with salt and serve over rice.
