Chicken Curry Pasta
A quick and savory curry with chicken, pasta, and carrots. An easy and delicious Asian-fusion dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken
- 150 g Penne
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in a pot of salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrots and curry powder, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add to the curry, toss and season to taste.
