Chicken Curry Pasta
A homemade curry dish with tender chicken, carrots, and penne. A flavorful dish that only requires coconut milk and curry powder.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 250 g Penne
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 150 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into cubes. Slice carrots and celery.
Step 2
Cook penne in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Brown chicken in a skillet with oil for 5-6 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for 3 more minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle curry powder and mix well. Pour coconut milk and water. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Toss pasta with the curry sauce and serve.
