Chicken Curry with Vegetables
A savory and lightly spiced curry simmered in a creamy sauce. Served with rice or pasta for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 200 g Carrots
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 medium Onion
- 300 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the vegetables into pieces. Finely mince the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok and brown the chicken for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the minced onion and curry powder, mix well.
Step 4
Pour the water and add the vegetables. Simmer for 15 minutes until everything is tender.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream and let it heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
