Chicken Curry with Vegetables
A simplified yet flavorful Indian curry with chicken, carrots, and broccoli in a rich and creamy sauce. Served with plain rice.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 3 piece Carrots
- 250 g Broccoli
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 200 g Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking the rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes, slice the carrots into batons, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
In a pot, brown the chicken in oil, add the curry powder and mix well.
Step 4
Add the carrots, broccoli, water, and crème fraîche. Simmer for 12 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Step 5
Season to taste and serve the curry over rice.
