Chicken Curry with Red Berries
An original Asian curry with chicken and red berries for a sweet touch, served with rice. Flavorful and spiced, ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 80 g Blueberries
- 80 g Strawberries
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 200 g White rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the onion into small pieces.
Step 3
Brown the chicken in hot oil in a skillet until golden, then remove and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, sauté the onion for 2 minutes, then add the curry paste and stir.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk and return the chicken to the skillet.
Step 6
Add the red berries and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Serve the curry over the rice.
