Chicken Curry with Carrots

Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken
- 2 medium Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 medium Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into even cubes.
Step 2
Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Mince the onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 5
Dust with curry powder and stir well.
Step 6
Add the carrots and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
