Apple Curry with Cashews and Coconut Milk
A simple and flavorful Asian dish. Apples simmer in a creamy spiced sauce, served with white rice.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Apple
- 150 ml Milk
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 g White rice
- 80 g Cashews
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté unit Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Peel and dice the apples, mince the onion.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in oil in a pot, add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the apples, milk, and coconut milk. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cashews, season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
